It is China International Financial Investment Group Co., Ltd. (registered in Hong Kong, established on May 10, 2022, registered Capital 2.55 billion euros) holding 85% of the subsidiary company.

The project covers an area of ??500 acres and plans to build a workshop of 238,800 square meters, a warehouse of 31,200 square meters, an office building of 12,000 square meters, and other ancillary facilities of 25,000 square meters. It is planned to produce 300,000 tons of bio-based new material polylactic acid fiber per year (PLA).
