Uses:
The main use of N,N-dimethylcyclohexylamine is as a catalyst for rigid polyurethane foam, which is a low-viscosity, moderately active amine catalyst used in refrigerators, panels, spraying, and on-site infusion of polyurethane rigid foam. The catalyst catalyzes both gel and foam, providing a more balanced catalytic performance for the foam and gel reactions of rigid foams, it is a stronger catalyst for the reaction between water and isocyanate (foam reaction), and it also has moderate catalytic properties for the reaction of polyol plume isocyanate, and it is a strong initial catalyst for the foam reaction. It is a strong initial catalyst for the foam reaction. In addition to hard foam, it can also be used as an auxiliary foaming agent for molded soft foam and semi-hard foam. It has stable and adjustable performance in combination materials and can be stored for a long time.
