Name: Polyurethane Catalyst SMP
Alias: polyurethane catalyst SMP, catalyst SMP, amine catalyst SMP, delay catalyst SMP, hard foam catalyst SMP, sponge catalyst SMP, sponge foam catalyst SMP, low density sponge catalyst SMP
Catalyst SMP is a delayed catalyst for low density sponge or molding, it can increase foam hardness, especially suitable for use in sponges with density in the range of 6-25kg/kg, and at the same time, it can increase foam hardness by 5-10%;
Since SMP increases the hardness of the sponge, it is economically advantageous to reduce the isocyanate index by about 2 to 3 points if the same hardness is to be maintained;
Both in MC formulations and in formulations with fillers (CaCO3 and melamine) SMP improves the processability of the foam and reduces cracking;
Uses:
SMP is widely used in flexible block foam and heat curing molding, recommended addition: 0.15-0.2 pphp.

Do not inhale dust and avoid contact with skin and mucous membranes. Smoking, eating and drinking are prohibited in the workplace. After work, shower and change clothes. Store contaminated clothes separately and reuse them after washing. Maintain good hygiene practices.
