The company has obtained Shanxi Provincial Energy Bureau’s “Review Opinions on the Energy Conservation Report of Tongde Kechuang Materials Co., Ltd. 60,000 tons/year PBAT New Material Industry Chain Integration Project” (Jin Energy Approval [2022] No. 124) and Shanxi Provincial Department of Ecology and Environment “Approval of the Environmental Impact Report of Tongde Kechuang Materials Co., Ltd. 60,000 tons/year PBAT New Material Industry Chain Integration Project” (Jinhuan Approval Letter [2022] No. 433) and other related procedures; Construction site: Yuanping Economic and Technological Development Zone, Xinzhou City; construction scale: annual output of 60,000 tons of fully biodegradable plastic materials (PBAT) and 240,000 tons of 1,4-butanediol (BDO); ??main construction content: construction of acetylene generation, methanol Hydrogen, formaldehyde, BDO, PBAT and other production units and supporting public works and auxiliary facilities projects.

The company has completed the procurement of all long-term equipment, dynamic and static equipment for main process equipment, process pipelines, steel structures, etc., and a large number of large-scale equipment have all entered the site; the civil construction work in the main process equipment area has been basically completed, equipment installation, main structure and public use. Construction of the project is in progress.

The construction of this project is in line with the national industrial policy and the company’s development strategy. It is a blue ocean project with very broad market prospects. The company strives to achieve production and efficiency as soon as possible.
